Meet Martin Valić Vale

 

Martin Valić Vale is manager assistant at Valamar Diamant Hotel 4* and co-developer of Hostel Papalinna, the first hostel developed by Valamar Hotels & Resorts. Hostel Papalinna is the trigger in the new market niche for Valamar Hotels & Resorts.  

As from 2013 when Martin finished his Masters degree at University of Pula, Faculty of Economics and was awarded by Croatian Association of Accountants and Financial Experts for the best Master Thesis in Croatia for the year 2013. for the Thesis "Vremenska neograničenost poslovanja - praksa i metode ocjenjivanja u Republici Hrvatskoj".

Martin Valić Vale started his career as prentice on the project Hostel Schule (work name for the Hostel Papalinna). During that period Martin co-developed all the organisational departments of the Hostel Papalinna, from sales, marketing, procurement to human recourses and operations.

From May 01 2014 and Hostel Papalinna opening Martin took the position of the Hostel manager, where on Martin starts to explore and improve hostel/hotel operations, marketing actions and sales niche offers.
